Ormonde has ambitiously
undertaken to build a new cellar that was completed in
time for the 2006 harvest. This re-affirms our commitment
to producing well-crafted wines of superlative quality.
The cellar is ultra-modern and utilises state of the art
equipment which in combination with traditional techniques
like open fermentation - cold soak - and barrel fermentation ensure that
our quality commitment is guaranteed.
